Duplicate Purchases: If you purchase an item more than once by mistake, we will add a store credit to your account for the most recent price you paid for the duplicate purchase. Store credits do not expire, so you can use them on future purchases. Please check your account before buying something if you're not sure if you already own it.

Product Bundles and Bulk Purchases: There are no refunds for purchases of product bundles or bulk purchases over $600. Please purchase a smaller item first, to see if you like our content, before making a larger purchase.

Used Content: Refunds are not issued for products if you have used any part of the content, such as sharing it with your customers or including portions in another product.

Technical Issues: Refunds due to technical issues, such as a problem with a file, are at the sole discretion of ContentSparks.com

Services: Refunds for services are not issued, unless the service was NOT delivered within the time frame specified.

Upon confirmation of your request for a refund, you must also destroy all copies of the files you may have made or stored in any place, as well as delete the files from any computers owned or controlled by you where you have saved or used them. All licenses you may have to use the content will be immediately terminated, and any current or future use of the content will be an infringement of copyrights as well as other intellectual property rights. No refunds are issued for provided services if provided services meet predefined specifications.
