You'll start out with an overview of the course and what your students will learn, so that everyone is excited to jump in and get going.

Module 1 - Determine Your Coaching Focus

Business owners are increasingly seeking the services of coaches to help them achieve their goals. When you decide to enter this world to motivate, inspire, and support others, you need to know what your own goals are as well.

In this first module, you'll help your students clarify their coaching niche so that they can determine where coaching fits in their current business and who they are serving.

Module 2 - Action-Based Coaching for Results

Being a coach isn’t for everyone. You need a certain mindset and proficiency with coaching skills if you’re going to help your clients succeed.
In Module 2, you’ll have your students delve into the 5 principles of Action-Based Coaching, assess their current mindset and skill level, and begin practicing the key business coaching skills they need to master in order to get results for their clients.

  • Lesson 1: The Key Principles of Action-Based Coaching - In Lesson 1, you'll share the 5 principles of Action-Based Coaching and have your students assess their current mindset and skill level so that you are ready to deliver professional coaching services to clients
  • Lesson 2: Your Essential Action-Based Coaching Skills - In Lesson 2, you'll demonstrate how to master the business coaching skills your students need in order to help their clients achieve and exceed their goals.
  • Lesson 3: ARIA - Your 1:1 Coaching Model - In Lesson 3, you'll walk your students through how to conduct 1:1 business coaching sessions using a proven success model that enables their clients to make continuous progress.

Module 3 - Implement Your Action-Based Coaching Process

You’ve been practicing your coaching skills and now, you’ll be more confident and ready to start, but you need a structure.

In Module 3, you’ll demonstrate the 5-Step Action-Based Coaching process your students can use to structure their sessions, and how they might need to adapt the process to suit different clients.

  • Lesson 1: The ABC Process - In Lesson 1, you'll help your students implement the 5-Step Action-Based Coaching process that takes their clients smoothly from onboarding through post-coaching follow-up.

Module 4 - The Keys to A Successful Coach/ Client Relationship

Coaching is a profession that’s growing in reputation. Its success relies not just on the skills and mindset of the coach, but also on the responsible way coaches approach their work.

In Module 4, you'll walk your students through the legal and ethical steps required for their coaching business and the strategies they can use to manage any challenging situations that arise.

  • Lesson 1: Your Responsibilities as a Coach - In Lesson 1, you'll help your students establish the foundation for building a professional business coaching relationship so that they can confidently guarantee results.

What does my license allow me to do with my Content Sparks content?

What am I NOT allowed to do with my Content Sparks content?

You are not allowed to sell or give away a license  or the editable files to anyone else. That means you can NOT sell or share the Private Label Rights (PLR), Resell Rights, or Master Resell Rights to anyone.

Also, you are not allowed to publish the content freely on the web where anyone can read or download it, including free membership sites or forums. The exception is promotional materials, as mentioned above. This protects the value of your content.

Do I have to rewrite the content?

You have the option to rewrite it if you choose, but it is not necessary. However, we recommend that you rewrite and add to any web-based content that you want found by search engines (like Google), so that it will rank higher in search engines. Adding value to existing content is also important, such as additional images, examples, stories, or lists of resources. By adding your own personal examples and experience, you'll boost your reputation and credibility exponentially.

What should I charge for the content once I've made it into a product?

Pricing your content is always a challenge and it depends on your own market. Some people charge $97 for a webinar series. Others add it to a $27/month paid membership program each month. And some have charged as much as $1997 for a full training program with coaching added.

Take a look at what competitors and similar businesses are charging in your industry. Then find your own middle ground based on how you want to position yourself.

We recommend that you never charge less than $27, depending on the length of the program, and charge more if you're adding live or video elements. Charge even more if you're adding coaching.
