How to Maximize Customer Satisfaction and Retention with a Consistent Post-Purchase Experience

Customer Onboarding: After the Sale

By helping your students create and implement a strategic customer onboarding plan, they'll see their customer satisfaction and retention rates soar as their sales and referrals take off to new heights.

The best news? Your course content is already done for you! You just add your insights and launch.

Everything you need to attract students to your course, so you can close more sales...

ready-to-go course, saving you months of time on content creation...

The ability to edit, customize, and brand the materials, so it fits your market & your personality...

A Complete "Course-In-A-Box," At A Fraction Of The Cost Of Starting From Scratch...

Here's why your students will love Customer Onboarding: After the Sale...

It's what you do after you close a sale that makes the difference between a satisfied, loyal customer and one who never comes back.

Many marketers are so focused on getting more leads and closing sales that they forget that...

What comes after the sale is the most important part of running a successful business.

They create top-notch products and services and put well-planned marketing systems in place to sell them. But then they drop the ball when it comes to making sure their customers get the promised results.

Business owners who excel at building lasting customer relationships use a process called 'customer onboarding' to make sure their customers get exactly what they expected from their purchase... and more.

They look at what results their customers want, and then...

They make sure every little detail that happens after a sale helps customers achieve success.

Sounds complicated? Don't worry. It's just a matter of following a series of steps to lay out a plan.

That's where our brandable, done-for-you course on customer onboarding comes in…

It's a ready-to-teach program that walks you step-by-step through all the elements that you need to maximize your customers' success, satisfaction, and retention with an exceptional post-purchase experience.

The best part is all the course content is already written for you!

With our easy-to-edit, white label (PLR) course materials, you can quickly launch your own program on Customer Onboarding: After the Sale… in as little as a weekend.

NOTE: This course is different from The Ideal Customer Experience Journey, which deals with the entire experience a customer has with your business from first hearing about you to making a purchase and beyond. Customer Onboarding is focused solely on the post-purchase process you give customers, so it goes into much more detail on that part of a customer's experience.

By teaching our course, Customer Onboarding: After the Sale, you’ll walk your students step-by-step through all the elements that they need to help their customers set up a consistent onboarding process for their products or services. Your students will see their customer satisfaction and retention shoot up..... and they'll be singing your praises too!

The best part is that when you purchase a license to Customer Onboarding: After the Sale, you'll get the rights to edit the content any way you want, put your name and brand on, and repurpose it into whatever format you want.

Then use your new course to...

Attract a flood of leads for your other products and services

Build your reputation as an expert with webinars, workshops, videos, and more

Create a nice new income stream with a paid program (it can even run on autopilot)

Provide resources for your clients to help them get results (and win their lasting gratitude)

You'll be helping your clients take their business to a whole new level - where they can expand their reputation and get new leads...

….while you add an extra stream of revenue into your own business at the same time!

Customer Onboarding: After the Sale

Here's what you'll teach in Customer Onboarding: After the Sale:

Introduction

You'll start out with an overview of the course and what your students will learn, so that everyone is excited to jump in and get going. This module will help motivate your students to focus on the real reasons they want to create a customer onboarding program.

Module 1 - The Importance of Customer Onboarding in Your Sales Cycle

Next, you'll introduce your customers to the concept of onboarding and the essential role it plays in their business, no matter what product or service they're selling.

In Module 1, you'll explain to your students the value and necessity of having a structured customer onboarding process to aid in customer retention and future sales.

Module 2 – Plan Your Customer Onboarding Process

Now that they've completely bought into the importance of onboarding, you'll teach your students the steps to follow for planning out the big picture and the details of a consistent onboarding plan, so they can identify exactly what they need to do and when.

In Module 2, you'll show your students how to follow a proven step-by-step process for developing a customer onboarding program.

Module 3 - Set Up Your Customer Onboarding (The First 30 Days)

Your students can now take their plan from the previous module and outline the exact content they need for the first weeks after a sale, including items they can automate.

In Module 3, you'll teach your students how to create a system for the first few weeks post-purchase and you'll have them draft the content that their customers will receive immediately after their purchase, including deciding how it will be delivered.

Module 4 – Create Your Process for the Next Few Months & Beyond

Onboarding timelines vary based on what's being sold, so you'll also discuss ways your students can continue engaging their customers, supporting success, and encouraging additional sales and referrals.

In Module 4, you'll have your students outline the next steps in the months following a purchase that they can automate to keep engaged with their customer for future sales.

Module 5 – Common Mistakes to Avoid with Onboarding

Nothing ever goes smoothly the first time, but why not minimize the risk? So before your students implement their onboarding program, you'll discuss the mistakes that could derail their customers' onboarding. You'll explore a variety of potential pitfalls, so your students can prevent confusion or dissatisfaction with their products.

In Module 5, you'll have your students identify the common mistakes in the first stages of the client onboarding process and how they will avoid them.

Module 6 - Next Steps

Finally, you'll give some parting tips as you review what your students learned and guide them through putting together a final action plan for implementing their new onboarding process.

You'll also give your students time to review the course, helping them to consolidate and implement their learning and plan future action steps, so they can achieve the goals they set for this course.

What's Your Investment for All This Incredible Content?

You can see that Content Sparks programs pack in a lot of value. That’s because as learning experts and marketing specialists, we develop top-notch material AND we want to help you use it to attract clients and customers, so that everyone’s business grows.

But don’t worry, the cost is going to be MUCH less than you think. Much less than it should be, based on the value of this program...

Much less than courses that teach you how to create a program like this yourself... (Plus, this is ready to launch in minutes, not months, and even includes lead generation material to attract students to the course.) Much less than hiring a team to help you design your program and create content...

And MUCH, MUCH less than learning how to create a program like this by trial and error... ...where you can lose money AND get zero sales.

So let’s say, conservatively, that you can create this course yourself for $8,000. Now, that’s not nearly enough money to hire someone to help you...that’s just accounting for your personal time. (If you’re a highly paid consultant, however, that $8,000 estimate is going to be MUCH higher...)

So you’d still have to research the topic, narrow down the key points, outline a logical flow, figure out learning activities that people can do, write all the content, develop support resources (like worksheets and checklists), create the slideshow, design graphics, edit and proofread everything, make it look professional, create lead generation materials, write autoresponder emails, and more.

For example, here's the approximate amount of time it takes us to create a course like this one...

Course kit investment

But if you don't have experience creating courses, it's going to take HUNDREDS of hours to do that properly...

And probably additional hundreds or thousands of dollars just to learn how to build a quality course or a high-converting sales funnel... And after all of that, you don’t know if anyone is going to buy...

Especially if you’ve never sold your own program before. OR, you can easily and quickly create your own courses...

Using ready-to-go programs from a company with a long track record of success... And expand your business...

Earn more money, work fewer hours, and become the authority in your market.

All for significantly less than trying to do the same thing on your own. So, as part of this offer... You won't pay $8,000... You won't pay $3,000... You won't even pay $1,500...

But Will Done-For-You Products from Content Sparks REALLY Boost My Revenue?

To answer that, first I have to tell you a bit about why Content Sparks was created...

Hi, I’m Sharyn Sheldon, founder of Content Sparks. Soon after starting my very first small business, I found myself stuck...

I knew that creating sales and marketing products for my customers would take my business to the next level, however, there were a few big problems.

Maybe they sound familiar?

  • I was so busy doing work for clients that I never seemed to have enough time to work on my own business...
  • I was overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start...I was just staring at a blank page...
  • I didn’t have the budget to hire a team or to spend $3,000 on one of those online “how to build your own infoproduct” courses...
  • I didn’t know how to promote the product once it was ready...
  • I was worried about maintaining income level (and my ability to ever grow it)...

And so I stayed stuck...

...until I discovered customizable, white-label content.

For instance, I used this 'done-for-you' content to create bonuses for products I wanted to promote.

All I had to do was download it and add some points I thought were important.

I saved at least a day of work this way, and at the time, I was billing out $2,000/day.

I also earned several hundred dollars in commissions because I was able to offer a valuable bonus.

Still, I noticed some problems with the ready-to-go content out there...

For one thing, some of the products didn’t include quality instructor materials to help teach it as a course.

And when they did, the content was sometimes outsourced to non-native English speakers.

Also, some of the brandable content out there was pretty bad...

The sales and marketing products weren’t written by sales and marketing experts...and it definitely was not up to my standards. So I still had to spend a lot of time editing it.

So that's why I started Content Sparks, to provide high-quality, brandable sales and marketing content and courses.

Today our team has created business training programs for Fortune 500 companies and small businesses for over 25 years...programs that get results.

Just imagine this scenario:

  • You have a high-quality sales funnel course in just minutes...
  • You quickly jump in and customize any of the material...
  • You launch the course for a fraction of the cost of starting from scratch...
  • You have everything you need to promote your sales funnel course and attract customers...
  • Your course continues to sell, taking your business to that next level...without any extra work on your part...

You don’t have to take my word for it, though. Here’s what business owners just like you have to say about Content Sparks:

Rapid Course Creation

It's a tremendous help to be able to reduce timeframes from 45 (days) to under a week. And that helps me secure more deals as well, because I can have that turnover time to be able to help support what the client needs, especially in these challenging times.

This is first-rate stuff—highly recommended

When it comes to premium customizable content, look no further than Sharyn's suite of products. This is beautifully researched and exquisitely crafted material. Even if you don't end up modifying and rebranding it for your own business, you're guaranteed to find the content itself incredibly useful. Sharyn's trainings drive even greater value into the customer equation; don't miss them. I've been in marketing for over three decades, and Sharyn and her team continue to impress me with each new release.

Amazing community support, powerful and timely support

I have to say that I recently took part in a 10-day challenge that Sharyn and Content Sparks developed, and it moved me to complete a project I had been putting off for more than a year. Looking back, I feel that the amazing community support, powerful and timely support and an outstanding process guided me to successfully complete my project in the 10 days, something I didn't really think I could do. If you get the chance to take part in one of Sharyn's future challenges I recommend that you jump in. you'll be so glad you did!

Thanks to Content Sparks, I’ve been able to start a membership site

Thanks to Content Sparks, I’ve been able to start a membership site. I always wanted to do it, but never had the time. I’m charging $27 and $97 per month and am using Content Sparks products to drip new content each month. With 50 members at the $27/month right now, that's an additional $1,350/month right there, all from a $149 investment.

profile-pic
VaNessa Duplessie

It saved me at least $50,000 worth of my time.

I used Content Sparks products to create a lead magnet for $37 intro coaching calls. With one solo ad, I got 123 emails and 65 phone numbers of prospects. Now it's up to me to call them! [In addition], I was blown away with the quality. It saved me at least $50,000 worth of my time.

The Thing to Keep In Mind...

Frequently asked questions

What do 'Brandable Content' and 'White Label Courses' mean?

‘Brandable Content’ and 'White Label Courses' are also called 'Ready-to-Go', 'Done-for-You', or 'Private Label Rights' (PLR). They all refer to content that is unbranded, can be edited and transformed to different media, and which you can share with prospects/clients/members or sell as your own. You get a license which allows you to edit it and put your name/logo on. However, you are not allowed to pass on that license or those rights to anyone else.

You can share or sell most of the contents to prospects and clients, so long as they are in a non-editable format.

The exception is any web-publishable promotion materials, such as blog posts, social media posts, promo videos, sales pages, and promo infographics or quote images. These can be published anywhere to drive traffic to your lead magnet and other content.

How are White Label Courses different from PLR?

There are a number of similarities between PLR and White Label Courses (also called Ready-to-Go or Done-for-You Content), but the products we sell at Content Sparks are higher end, more extensively researched, written by professionals, and a lot more ‘finished’ and ready to use. Every PLR course or brandable content creator uses different terms, so read the details carefully.

How can I decide what’s best for my audience?

This differs on an individual basis. Think about your audiences’ learning styles, where they’re located (i.e., do they need to travel if it’s a live event), the time zones they are in, and technology available to them for starters.

How do I set up my new training program?

Check the Implementation Guide for guidelines on how to set up the program.

Depending on the way you intend to deliver the program, for example if you are promoting it for sale, you may need a sales funnel. That could involve a giveaway (a gift of valuable information to reward your prospects for signing up to your leads list), your own website, whether an html or WordPress site (a place of your own to publish your content) or basic sales funnel pages:

  1. Squeeze (Opt-in) page
  2. Thank You page
  3. Download page for your gift
  4.  Sales page for your course
  5.  Download or registration page for the course
  6.  An Autoresponder series – An email series people receive after getting the giveaway, to build relationships and promote your course’s sales page.

What skills do I need to teach the content?

You don’t need any specific skills to present the content as a course, other than the ability and willingness to learn and pick up what you need as you go along. The best method is to start with a delivery method that you’re comfortable with and then venture out of your comfort zone to try new skills.

For example, you may want to start by packaging up everything as an ebook, but then move on to video creation, public speaking, writing a newsletter series or recording your own voice. Remember, you can always outsource the technical skills involved, such as setting up a website or video editing.

Don’t let the need for skills slow you down. Everyone started from scratch at some point.

Can I use my purchase from Content Sparks in conjunction with other White Label or PLR Content?

Since your White Label Content is completely editable, you can use it in conjunction with any other content you have written or have the rights to use

Why would I use White Label Content as opposed to writing it myself?

Our white label content packages are designed by professional instructional designers, extensively researched, and then written by expert writers and developers. Plus, we’ve added all the components you need to teach and promote the programs.

By using our White Label courses and other Done-for-You Content, you save yourself a considerable amount of time. Instead of starting from scratch, you get something complete that you only need to brand and/or customize to your own style, audience, and market.

You'll still be showing off your knowledge and expertise to your market, since you are sharing top quality content. And if you are teaching the content live or via video, your market will get the huge value of your personal insights and examples. But you'll also save the hours, days, and months of time and money it would take to create it all yourself.

Can I request the creation of specific content topics?

We love to hear from our customers! Let us know what topics you’re looking for, features and formats you’d like to see, or any other suggestions and feedback. If we receive enough interest in a topic or feature, we’ll definitely consider developing it. Just send your request to support@contentsparks.com

Is there any limit to how many people I can teach using the content?

No. There is no “per seat” or “per user” license limit like some training programs. You may teach your content to as many people as you want, and we encourage you to. The more people who can benefit from your new content, the better!

What can I do with a white label training program?

Aside from learning from it yourself, you can use a white label course or training program to teach others using different media, sell it for profit in different formats, use it for lead generation or use it to train your own team or outsourcers. A full list of our Content Rules can be found here.

Do I have to re-write White Label Courses or PLR Content?

You have the option to rewrite it if you so choose, but it is not necessary. We recommend that you do some rewriting of your web-based content (published freely online) so that it will rank higher in search engines. Adding value to existing content is also important to differentiate it and make your own expertise stand out.

You can avoid a lot of rewriting by adding your own introduction and conclusion, adding an example here and there, and then adding images or graphics. You could also do a video or slideshow version of a blog post to add even more value without doing rewriting.

What’s the best way to use my new white label course?

This entirely depends on your audience and what you’re comfortable with. However, we always recommend that you use the content to teach people something. That's why all our packages are set up in a teachable design, as a course.

The content can be taught synchronously, such as in a classroom, via a live webinar, via a teleseminar, etc.

Or asynchronously, such as through a video or recorded webinar, with an eBook, or through an email series.

What tools do I need to deliver the content as a course?

Depending on the method in which you present the content, you will need a few different tools. For example, here are a few things you might need:

For Webinars

1 A Headset

2 Computer

3 Microsoft Office or equivalent

4 Webinar service, or livestream (free)

For Classroom

1 Access to a venue

2 Computer

3 Projector for Powerpoint presentations, or equivalent

4 Usual classroom tools, (paper, name tents, markers, flipcharts, etc)

For Video

1 Screen capture software, or ability to record from slide software, (e.g. Powerpoint)

2 A place to host videos, (or YouTube)

3 Headset

4 Video editing software (ideally)

For eCourse

1 Autoresponder service

2 Microsoft Office or equivalent

3 PDF converter

For eBook

1 Microsoft Office or equivalent

2 PDF converter

3 Place to host your ebook for delivery

How much will I have to spend beyond the cost of the program?

You will need to make a few investments to be able to use your training program to its highest potential, such as:

  • Hosting
  • Domain registration
  • Auto responder service
  • Computer
  • Microsoft Office or equivalent
  • Shopping Cart software (you can also use free options, such as PayPal, Clickbank or JVZoo)

Most other things are optional or have free alternatives, such as:

  • Microphone and/or headset (may be built into your computer)
  • Webinar service
  • Video editing software
  • Video Camera
  • Outsourcing for extra tasks

For example, you may want to start by packaging up everything as an ebook, but then move on to video creation, public speaking, writing a newsletter series or recording your own voice. Remember, you can always outsource the technical skills involved, such as setting up a website or video editing.

Don’t let the need for skills slow you down. Everyone started from scratch at some point.

Can I get a refund for my Brandable Content if it doesn’t suit me?

Can I get a refund for my White Label Course if it doesn’t suit me?

Our Blaze packages come with a 7 day guarantee. Be sure to look through your materials right away. Then try customizing and using at least 1 piece, such as for a lead magnet, email series, or blog post. If you feel you and your market can't benefit from the content, contact our support desk for a refund at support@contentsparks.com. You can find the full details of our refund policy HERE

Can all the trainers and coaches in my company teach this program?

You can NOT share your white label training program with other coaches, trainers or marketers. It is a single-trainer license. If you have other trainers or coaches who want to teach the content, they will need to purchase an additional license each.

Even better, sign up to be one of our affiliates and you can earn a commission when you recommend Content Sparks to your friends.

Can I see a sample of your content?

Absolutely! Just CLICK HERE to see excerpts of different types of content included in one of our programs (How to Create a Realistic Content Marketing Plan). That is just a sample and is not editable or brandable. However, there's a link in the sample to the full product, and it's a great example of what you'll get in our larger 'Blaze' packages.

No matter whether they're already starting out or they have an established business, your audience needs to think about what their customers will experience right after they've made a purchase. Otherwise, they risk losing those customers before they've even had a chance to make an impression. And since most businesses don't have a good customer onboarding experience, your audience can gain a competitive advantage right away!

Can I teach this course if I've not taught these skills before?

Absolutely! After all, you've been a customer yourself, so you know what it's like to have either a good or bad customer onboarding experience.

You can also follow the steps in the course to create a stellar onboarding experience for your students, after they enroll. And then you can use that as an example during the course itself and in follow-up emails.

What's the difference between Customer Onboarding and The Ideal Customer Experience Journey?

The Ideal Customer Experience Journey deals with the entire experience a customer has with your business from first hearing about you to making a purchase and beyond.

Customer Onboarding is focused solely on the post-purchase process you give customers, so it goes into much more detail on that part of a customer's experience.

You could easily make the two programs part of a larger curriculum 🙂
